Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how we ship your order and how returns and exchanges work. If you have a question that is not covered here, email us at hello@inside.sg.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over SG$200 within Singapore. For orders under SG$200, we charge SG$20 for local delivery.
Same Day Delivery is available with a cut-off time of 4pm, charged at SG$25. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered the next day.
Furniture delivery is charged at SG$30, plus SG$5 per floor where no lift is available.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Cluny Court, #02-14, 501 Bukit Timah Road, Singapore 259760. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready within 1 to 3 business days. We will email you when your order is ready, along with instructions.
In-store pickup hours are 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 6pm on Sunday and public holidays. Please bring your order confirmation email with you.
International shipping
We offer international shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. Cost will depend on weight, please contact us if you would like to place an order. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches its destination country. Inside SG Pte Ltd is not responsible for these charges, which are your responsibility as the customer. For North Asia, please visit our Hong Kong website at www.inside-store.com.
Order status
When your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 3 days of the shipping confirmation email, contact us at hello@inside.sg with your name and order number and we will look into it.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@inside.sg. Exchanges will need to be sent to: Store #02-14, 501 Bukit Timah Road, Singapore 259760. If your exchange is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items. Certain items cannot be exchanged, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom or personalised products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. We cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Strictly no refund policy. Exchanges only, subject to the conditions above.
