Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over SG$200 within Singapore. For orders under SG$200, we charge SG$20 for standard local delivery.

Same Day Delivery is available with a cut of time at 4pm. We charge SG$30 for Same Day Delivery. In case of order placed after 4pm, delivery will be arrange on the next day.

Furniture delivery we charge SG$30 and SG$5 per floor if no lift available.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Cluny Court, #02-14, 501 Bukit Timah Road, 259760 Singapore. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 6pm on Sunday and Public Holiday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. We charge $SG35

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Inside SG PTE LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@inside.sg with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
